Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of E Wireless (NZ) Limited on the 27th day of April 2005 under the terms of a general security agreement.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired personal property.
