Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 26th day of April 2005, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Brenford Holdings Limited and Southern Rental Cars Limited under the powers contained in instruments dated the 16th day of February 2005.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the companies’ real and personal property, and
all of their assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including their uncalled and unpaid capital.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the companies during normal business hours to Mike Tinkler.
