Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 11th day of April 2005, Jac Properties Limited, holder of a registered security interest registered on the 24th day of May 2004 issued by the company in favour of the security interest holder, appointed me receiver of all the assets, undertakings and other property of the company.
