Stuart Douglas Robertson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of April 2005, he was appointed to act as receiver and manager of
all the undertaking, property and assets of Trans Tasman Hotel Corporation Limited, pursuant to a certain general security agreement dated the 7th day of October 2004
given by Trans Tasman Hotel Corporation Limited in favour of Contributory Mortgage Nominees Limited.
