Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a debenture dated the 10th day of September 1999 given by Millennium Vehicles Limited in its favour, Fairfield Finance Limited has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the company.
This appointment commenced on the 4th day of March 2005.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
