Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of February 2005, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after acquired personal property of Amber Rose Estates Limited, under
the terms of a general security agreement in favour of Bridgecorp Finance Limited, which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 8th day of July 2003.
