Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8 (1), (2) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 16th day of February 2005, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 15th day of October 2004, the debenture holder appointed Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Whangarei, receiver and manager of the company.
The receivership commenced on Thursday, the 17th day of February 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
