Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates, was appointed liquidator of W J Bell Insulation Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of February 2005.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Tim John Hoyle at 3-5 Hunt Street, Whangarei, on telephone (09) 438 2312.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 18th day of March 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
