Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 15th day of February 2005 at 12.00 midday, voluntarily appointed Paula Anne Kearns, chartered accountant, as liquidator of the company.
