Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of February 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cromwell Dairy & Minimart (1992) Limited be liquidated and that Andrew Paul Colvin, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of February 2005.
