Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of December 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Inglis Properties Riwaka Limited be liquidated and that Pita Shand Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of December 2005 at 9.30 a.m.
