Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of King Timbers Limited and Australasian Marine Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of February 2005 at 10.25 a.m. and 10.27 a.m. respectively, King Timbers Limited and Australasian Marine Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidations commenced on the 10th day of February 2005.
