On the 16th day of December 2005 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that the above?named company be liquidated and that Nole Irvine, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
A directors’ certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 20th day of January 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
