Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the companies commenced on the 9th day of February 2005 at the times specified, when the shareholders passed a resolution to appoint Grant Robert Graham and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 4th day of March 2005, as the date on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
