Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a shareholder’s special resolution dated Friday, the 4th day of February 2005 at 5.15 p.m., in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Act, the company was placed into liquidation and Martin Madden and David Winterbottom were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
