Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Red Hot Express Limited and Pandanus Contractors Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of December 2005 at 11.07 a.m. and 11.50 a.m. respectively, Red Hot Express Limited and Pandanus Contractors Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court at Rotorua.
The liquidations commenced on the 12th day of December 2005.
