Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Act 1993, and in the matter of Pizzaguy Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of December 2005 at 10.17 a.m., Pizzaguy Limited was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above named company pursuant to an order by the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 2005.
