Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b)
of the Companies Act 1993, Ian Irving Hayward, chartered accountant of Yovich Hayward Pevats Johnston Limited, was appointed liquidator of Gail Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2005 at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
18th day of January 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
