Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Better Bathrooms & Tiles Limited (in liquidation) on the 9th day of December 2005 at 5.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidators as soon as possible.
