Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 9th day of December 2005 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by a special shareholders’ resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GPC Investments Limited be placed into liquidation and that Murray Rodney Carey, chartered accountant of Wanganui, be appointed as liquidator.
Solvency certificates have been filed in accordance with sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
