Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of December 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TSMD Limited be liquidated and that Derek John Taylor, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2005.
