Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed liquidators of Waimarie Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of December 2005 at 9.00 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 13th day of January 2006, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before their claims
are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
