Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 122 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of Wrights Radiata Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders as of the 6th day of December 2005 at 8.05 p.m.
As at the date of appointment, the company is able to pay
its debts.
