Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Mahinga Contractors Limited and Quality Forest Harvesting Limited
(both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of February
2005 at 11.02 a.m. and 11.04 a.m. respectively, Mahinga Contractors Limited and Quality Forest Harvesting Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court at Rotorua.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of February 2005.
