Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of December 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Karetu Downs Hawarden Limited be liquidated and that David Raymond Hastie, chartered accountant, of Hastie Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of December 2004 at 11.00 a.m.
