Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Geoff Hamilton, chartered accountant of SME Financial Limited, was appointed liquidator of JW Ashby Pharmacy Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of December 2005 at 9.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of January 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
