Notice is hereby given that, on the 6th day of December 2005 at 2.22 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Glen Innes Vehicle Testing Station Limited be liquidated and that Gary Noel Hitchcock, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
