Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that, by special resolution
of shareholders, the above-named company, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, was put into liquidation and Warwick John Ainger and Mark John O’Reilly, chartered accountants of Ainger Tomlin Limited, Christchurch, have been appointed joint liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2005 at 8.45 a.m.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 31st day of January 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993.
