Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Fredrick John Sauer, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of Renvale Holdings Limited on the 30th day of November 2005 at 1.00 p.m., at which date and time the liquidation commenced by a special resolution of the members of Renvale Holdings Limited.
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
