Notice is hereby given that, on the 28th day of November 2005 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Murrays Lotus Limited be liquidated and that Brent John Whatnall, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
