Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 15th day of December 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tauroa Investments Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 2004.
The liquidator fixes the 28th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
