Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of February 2005 at 11.30 a.m., Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of TJ Logging Limited (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court in Rotorua.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 10th day of April 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
