Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner, and Keith Goddard Palmer, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of HD Drainage
& Excavations Limited (in liquidation) on the 3rd day of February 2005 at 11.27 a.m., by the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 10th day of March 2005, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
