Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 27th day of September 2005, it was resolved by
the board of directors, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Toka Downs Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett, of Steve Bennett Associates, Chartered Accountants, Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of November 2005 at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidator hereby
fixes the 17th day of January 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
