Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Aotearoa Tertiary Students Association (ATSA) Incorporated (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of September 2005 at 10.26 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above named incorporated society pursuant to a special resolution entered into the incorporated society’s minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of November 2005.
