Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the trustees of the above named trust voted to voluntarily liquidate the trust and distribute the surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the trustees resolved to appoint Victor Wu, chartered accountant of Wellington, as liquidator on the 11th day of November 2005.
