Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Henry Martin van Dyk, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Rob McLellan Motors Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 2005 at 9.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 16th day of December 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
