Notice is hereby given that the members of the above named incorporated society voted to voluntarily liquidate the incorporated society and distribute surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members resolved to appoint Victor Wu and Rhys Barlow, chartered accountants of Wellington, as liquidators on the 31st day of October 2005.
