Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Western Chainsaw & Mowers Limited on the 31st day of October 2005 at 11.42 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 30th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
