Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Adrian Walker and Gigesh Pala, chartered accountants of Walker & Co Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of City Certifiers Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of October 2005 at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 9th day of December 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
