Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of North Island Forest Investments Limited and Eagle Charters Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of November 2005 at 11.25 a.m. and 12.12 p.m. respectively, North Island Forest Investments Limited and Eagle Charters Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court at Whangarei.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 2005.
