(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 31st day of October 2005
to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
