Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, James Anthony Young, solicitor of Gillespie Young Watson, was appointed liquidator of Zachary Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of October 2005.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 25th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
