Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, pursuant to unanimous resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Damian Paul Botherway was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 27th day of October 2005.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of October 2005.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator does hereby fix the 2nd day of December 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of
the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
If any creditor shall make a claim, the liquidator shall hold a meeting of creditors.
