Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 5th day of October 2005 at 9.00 a.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into voluntary liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Craig McCoy, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
