Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge was appointed liquidator of Mel-O-Rich Products Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of September 2005 at 10.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Monday, the 14th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
