Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Gregor Ian Beck, chartered accountant of Beck & Associates, Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the Automotive Wholesale Marketing Limited by order of the High Court on the 17th day of October 2005.
The liquidator fixes the 30th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of this company should urgently contact the liquidator.
