Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the company on the 20th day of October 2005 at 1.10 p.m., appointed Francis George Gradwell and Stuart Alexander McCrae Perry, solicitors of Wellington, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to either liquidator.
