Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 19th day of October 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that White Construction (Nelson) Limited be liquidated and that Francesco Pessione, chartered accountant of Richards Woodhouse, Nelson, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held on Tuesday, the 1st day of November 2005 at 9.00 a.m., at the offices of Richards Woodhouse, 105 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator has fixed the 14th day of November 2005, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at that date and
a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
