Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 6th day of October 2005 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Steven Paul Cammish, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company’s solvency at the date of liquidation.
